Lawn Mowing

Congratulations on wanting someone to maintain your yard. Thank you so much for selecting us as a consideration of maintaining your dream. We as a company want to help you achieve your dreams of maintain your yard as a place of beauty. We promise to do our best in maintaining or improving your image, the best way we can. This is what the department has to offer:

• Mowing once, twice, or every other week
• Trimming around edges, trees, walls, and etc.
• Different direction of mowing, every application
• Pile your grass clippings in your yard, or pay an attional $5 to have us haul it away

Financial:

• No contracts are offered, so if at any time you are not happy with our work, you just pay the outstanding balance with no hard feelings.
• Once a bid is establish, you pay that amount every time your yard is mowed, unless additional work is added.
• Bidding on your yard is based on size, terrain, and difficulty
• Minimum bid for a yard starts $25
• Bill are sent out at the first of the month, and are due the 20th of each month, or you can pay every time.
• For yards bid at $25-$40, once your outstanding balance reaches $150, mowing will stop until the balance is paid.
• For yards bid at $45-Up, once your outstanding balance reaches $200, mowing will stop until the balance is paid.

Time Period:

• Starting Date is the 3rd Week of April (If weather permits)
• End of the Season is the 3rd Week of October
• Monday-Fridays
• Special Mowing for parties, receptions, family get-together, etc.
• Leaf Clean up is by request, and most likely by the end of September your lawn will be mowed every other week, depending on the weather.
• If the weather doesn't allow us to mow your yard, it will be skip and done the next week.

Congratulations on wanting to landscape your yard. Thank you so much for considering us to design and construct your dream. We as a company want to help you achieve your dreams of making your yard into a place of beauty. We promise to do our best in constructing your image, the best way we can.

Unlike most other businesses, KD Lawn Mowing & Landscaping does not tell you what you can and can not do, bu more of suggesting how you can and what we can do. If there is a project that requires a talent that we as a company does not have, we will help you find the talent that is needed. KD Lawn Mowing & Landscaping has sub-contractors that are both professional and reliable. If at any time that you feel that we are completely not meeting your satisfaction, please make a notice and we will be more than happy to find someone who can.

Since you are interested in us to be your designer and contractors, your yard will be taken care of the best way we can offer. In the first year, all sprinkler parts are under warranty and start up and blowout is free! All plant material, landscape products are under warranty by the whole-seller. By selecting us, every year after the first year, start up of your sprinkler is free, and blowouts are at a low cost.

Here is what the Landscaping department has to offer:

Financial:

-Each section of the Landscape is bid into individual projects

-Sprinkler bids are paid up-front before installation

-All Designs, if not installed, are sold for a $50 each

Time Period:

• Starting Date is the 1st Week of April (If weather permits)End of the Season is the 3rd Week of October
• Mondays- Fridays
• Projects are first come, first serve base, so don't be offended if you are scheduled later.
• Sprinkler Blowouts are after harvest

Yard Restoration: Division of Landscaping

So what is yard restoration? Yard restoration is restoring your yard back to a balance that is acceptable by you and society. In other words, you need to higher someone to fix your yard, because you have been ignoring for a long period of time, and weeds are as tall as you and your trees are in need of being trimmed. It may also have been caused by your renters fallen behind on their agreement to maintain, or you have reach to a point of your life where you can no longer maintain your place of peace.

So here is how it works.

1. There is a $100 down payment up front then $15/hour after the first two hours.
2. We will evaluate the situation with you in person
3. You leave for about an hour or two, and we will decide what stays and what goes. If we think it is sentimental, we will ask you.
4. Trees, shrubs, tall weeds or grass will be trimmed to look nice. (We apologize however, If the tree is taller than the house then it is out our league, we will try to do as much from the ground as possible.)
5. All junk, tree limbs, useless rocks, weeds, etc. will be hauled away and disposed of.
